We are so excited to announce our new collaboration with Pennygate Lodge on the Isle of Mull, providing the perfect boutique fitness getaway.

Carefully designed to make the most of the great outdoors with a fitness retreat designed to challenge, improve and leave you feeling refreshed & re-energised.

Escaping the everyday with 5 days of action packed fun, bringing together the best in fitness, adventure, trail bike riding, morning coastal walks, evening pilates/mobility & amazing local produce prepared by our extremely talented in house chef.

You will have the opportunity to learn and develop new skills to take home with cooking demos, discussion on how to set and achieve your goals, as well as 1-1 work developing your individual training program.

Our mission is to bring together health, fitness & fun, making the most of all this beautiful island has to offer and that you will leave feeling better mentally & physically than when you walked in. Maximum capacity is 12 people keeping numbers low ensures no one is lost in the crows and your individual needs can be met.

The retreat runs from Thursday 15th October 13:45 – Monday 19th October 14:00, with price per person £995.
