First consultation is totally free and a chance for you to ask any questions/queries you may have. I carry out a postural assessment as part of the consultation to establish not only how to achieve your goals but how to do this safely and most effectively for you.
Dedicate just a couple of hours a week to training and in just a few weeks notice the improvement in health, energy, mood and sleep!
