Hey guys!
So if you follow me on Instagram (@scmfit) you will have seen my post about Monday mornings. Why should we hate them? If your not happy, change it. It’s never too late to start something new, don’t be afraid of stepping out of your comfort zone – you will only regret what you don’t do!
Yes we will all have ‘down’ days and days we don’t feel like doing anything, we aren’t happy with the way we look, stressed about our job/money BUT this should not be your daily life.
Exercise is the best cure for those down days. I know you have probably heard this over and over and it may be the last thing you feel like doing, but even a short 15minute walk or a few simple exercises in your sitting room while watching TV. Doing something is better than nothing and trust me you will feel better and be healthier for it!
Start small and build up – set aside 10 minutes each day and do some form of exercise be it a walk, skipping, yoga, star jumps, squats whatever! Just give yourself a little ‘you’ time.
