So today I had a spare 2 hours between clients so I decided what better way to spend my time than to create a load of workout ideas and routines for you guys.
I did an ab workout, quick mix cardio and also recorded part of my actual training from today-the hammie burner/booty builder as I like to call it!
The one from my training is up on instagram which you can find by clicking here and I am hoping to edit the others and post up for you tomorrow so keep your eyes peeled over on my instagram and also my Facebook page which I will be starting back up as allows me to post longer videos and so can show you a little more than a quick 15 seconds!
