So today was the first day for me in my new workplace-The Park Club, Milton.
I will still be working as a freelance personal trainer but decided to move gyms for better facitilites-space and equipment in which to train my clients and BONUS its free for non-members if you book in a personal training session with me so if you live in the Oxfordshire area be sure to give me a shout!
Today was also the start of my new training and nutrition plan courtesy of Becca Smith a bikini competitor who has designed and tailored a program to meet my needs and requirements (more on this at a later date).
I have always designed my own programmes and seen great results however I have decided to hand over to Becca to step it up to the next level and really push myself to where I need to be!

I will be doing a post this week on the supplements I am taking and why after many of you have asked if/what/why. Apologies for the delay in getting round to this but I wanted to really get to grips with it all and try it out for myself first before I go recommending anything to you guys!
