About me

Hello and welcome to my website! I’m Sinead McGill a Personal Trainer & Sports Masseuse in Hammersmith, London. My aim is to help as many people as possible get fit, achieve their goals and mostly importantly, ENJOY IT!


Firstly a Little Bit About Me 

I graduated 2014 in Sport and Exercise Therapy before deciding to take my interest in the industry further into the fitness field undertaking my personal training level 3 qualification in November 2014 with Premier Training International.

I then set up SCM Fitness with the aim to get people healthy, fit and active but in a way that they enjoy and will continue. I wanted to change the face of the industry and make Personal Training not just achieving goals but also about having fun, learning and creating healthy habits to last a lifetime. Getting rid of fad diets, boring cardio, bland meals and military style workouts.

I am lucky enough to have a job that doesn’t feel like work and gives me a real buzz when my clients not only achieve their goals but looking back at how far they have come and really enjoying their new lifestyle. This for me is what Personal Training should be all about and to receive the wonderful feedback (some of which can be seen here) is just incredible, thank you so much to all my wonderful clients!

  • My fencing coach told me that I needed to build up the power in my legs and improve my speed, agility and balance. I have been working with Sinead since March 2015 and she has really helped me with these goals.

    On recent re-testing during the National Talent Programme, I had improved a lot on my scores last year and was able to achieve the high standards required. I also won a gold medal in the Junior/Cadet Commonwealth competition in South Africa recently when fencing for  the England Cadet team and have been very successful in other national competitions.

    Sinead gives me a planned and structured programme of challenging workouts each week and provides me with clear guidance on injury prevention which is very important to me. I am very grateful for the support and advice which Sinead gives to help me towards further achievements and success in my sport.
